I live just outside south Tonbridge, in the village of Tudeley,
in a spacious home with my husband
and my two youngest children aged 13
and 4.
We have a play/toy room which
I leave set up for the children at
all times, with a wide range of toys
for children of all age groups, and
our large garden is child friendly
and has many
outdoor toys and games.

The garden backs onto a corn field, the children and I regularly
go on walks to see the woods and
wild life, which they enjoy.
|
|
|
|
I am a accredited child minder, and also belong to the children
come first approved Kent child
minders network, I follow the Early
Years Foundation
Stage guidance for all children from
birth
up to the end of reception
year and plan activities and
experiences for them based on their
interests.
|

|
|
I am able to offer funded sessions for your child from the age of
3.
I am also able to accept
childcare vouchers some parents may
be entitled to from their
employment.

I was graded as GOOD by Ofsted. I also have a website which will give you more information and
photographs.

children feel relaxed and happy,

I
am a member of the NCMA
childminding group and
have access to numerous
training and workshops which
ensures I am up to date with any
changes in childcare practice.

Typical
Weekly Activities
|

|
During the week I attend various NCMA groups and
toddler groups for the children’s enjoyment
and visit local parks or activity centres
depending on the weather.
|
|
After school I visit local parks or
Haysden
Country
Park
for outdoor fun and games.
I also ensure I do reading some afternoons with
the children using their books
from school. In conjunction with
parents I liaise closely with the
school teachers to ensure I am
aware of the children’s topics,
so I am able to plan activities
and crafts in line with the
children’s learning at school.
