I
am an Ofsted Registered Childminder
living in South Tonbridge. I am
married with 6 children (ranging in
age from 5 to 20 years). I first did
childminding when my first 4
children were small but
re-registered 4 years ago.
|
|
|
|
I
have a large house where the whole
of the downstairs is dedicated to my
childminding service, including a
large lounge area and conservatory/
play room. I provide a wide range of
toys, both inside and out which are
educational as well as fun.
Including, computer consoles,
crafting items, books, board games,
dolls, cars, Duplo, air hockey,
table tennis and many other toys and
games – the list is endless. In
the garden we have a playhouse,
summerhouse, trampoline (with
enclosure), bikes, trikes, scooters
paddling pool and basketball, to
name but a few.

I
like to be as flexible and helpful
as possible to all parents by
trying to fulfil requests for
extra activities – classes,
parties etc. and am happy to
discuss this.

My
house is smoke free and also pet
free.

Typical
Weekly Activities
|
|
I
try to provide the children with a
variety of activities throughout
the week both in my home and out
and about. I regularly attend
toddler groups, take trips to the
park or activity centres such as
Our Space.
|
|
|
|
We
enjoy structured activity within
my home such as crafting, reading,
puzzles, role play but I also like
to give them free play daily to
allow them to explore and learn
for themselves.
|
|
|
Contractual
Details
|
|
My
working hours are 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday
but additional hours can be negotiated
Fees
and hours can be discussed on request.
Holiday
– I take 4 weeks paid holiday per year.
|
|
|
|
|
|
My fees are available
upon request; they will include meals and some
of the entrance fees to the different groups we
attend, however there may be some groups or
activities which would require an additional
payment.

am happy to pick up and drop off from any
pre-school in South Tonbridge, Bidborough and
Southborough. I currently pick up and drop off
at Southborough Primary School and Bidborough
primary School.
