I
am an Ofsted registered childminder
living in Hildenborough with my
husband and two children aged 4 and
6yrs.
|
|
|
|
I
registered in 2009 and was graded
overall Good with Outstanding in
several areas for my first
inspection. We have a large enclosed
garden with swings, climbing frame,
summer house and outdoor toys.
|
|
|
|
Our
garden also backs on to Westwood so
we regularly go on nature walks as
well as using the play park.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
I
love cooking and offer nutritious home cooked
meals and we all have fun tending our vegetable
patch in the garden.
|
|
|
|
I
have a large lounge which can be split into two
areas if older children need somewhere quiet to
work or we leave the doors open for a large play
space. I offer a friendly and safe family
environment and look forward to working closely
with parents to ensure the best possible care
for their children.

Typical
Weekly Activities

I
usually go out each morning visiting play
centres, parks, the Tonbridge Childminding
Group, rhyme time, library and toddler groups. I
encourage children in my care to be active so we
will have outdoor play each day.
|
|
|
|
As
part of the EYFS I offer themed structured play
with individual planning for each child, arts
and crafts, cooking, music and movement and
story-time as well as free play and chill-out
time.
