Details

I
am a mother and have two children,
Emily and Henry.
We live with my husband in a
non-smoking household in North
Tonbridge (since 2001), which has a
lovely safe enclosed garden area.
|
|
|
|
I
provide a wide range of activities
for your child to promote learning
and enjoyment and follow the Early
Years Foundation Curriculum, as part
of Ofsted requirements, and will
monitor and assess your child’s
development.
|
|
|
|
I
aim to make your child’s day
fun-packed, educational and
enjoyable in a safe and friendly
environment, where they will be able
to develop to their full potential.
I look forward to welcoming
you and your child into my home.

Training
& Experience
|
|
I
am a qualified teacher whose main
experience is with the early years.
Before having Emily I was a
Reception Teacher for four years at
Dunton Green Primary School,
Sevenoaks.
|
|
|
|
I
hold a current children’s First
Aid Certificate.
I recently undertook
observation, assessment and planning
training to ensure I follow the
Early Years Foundation Curriculum in
line with Ofsted requirements.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Typical
Weekly Activities
|
|
Most
of the time your child will have a
free range of the activities,
learning through play at their own
level, with my support and
guidance to encourage new
learning.
Additionally I will have
adult-led activities which will
provide more of a focused learning
objective.
|
|
|
|
I
have a wide range of early year
play equipment.
There would also be visits
to the library, local shops,
toddler groups, soft play, park
and special outings, such as trips
to farms, Haysden Lake and
Southborough Woods.
|
|
|
Contractual
Details
|
|
My
hours of business are 8am to 6pm and I am
available to look after your child on a part
time basis, hours and days can be negotiated.
I would be happy to provide breakfast,
lunch and snacks during the day.
|
|
|
|
My fees are available
upon request; they will include meals and some
of the entrance fees to the different groups we
attend, however there may be some groups or
activities which would require an additional
payment.

|
|
School/Playgroup

Drop
off / pick ups may be possible from Delarue
Nursery School, Roselands Pre-School on Higham
Lane and Woodlands Primary School.
This will need to be negotiated in case
of prior commitments.
