Clare Drew
Personal details
I have been registered as a childminder since February 2005. I live with my 3 children, and my Husband. I live close to Tonbridge train station and Barden Lake. I aim to work together in partnership with parents to provide all children in my care with a clean, safe, loving, home-like environment where everyone feels valued. I provide a caring and stimulating environment, giving the children the opportunity to develop in a warm and friendly, home-like atmosphere. I follow the EYFS framework promoting each child's individual needs and use Baby's Days to record children's progress, accidents , photos etc.

Typical weekly activities
The activities I provide for the children depend on the ages and interests of the children I am currently caring for. A large range of toys and indoor activities are provided, including arts & crafts, story time and cooking.
I regularly meet with other childminders and attend toddler groups, visit local parks and go to the lake where we feed the ducks.

I am available to work from 7.30am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday, although other hours may be accommodated.
I offer the Early Education Government funding for 3 and 4 year olds and the free4two funding for two year olds who are eligible to receive it. I also accept childcare vouchers.
My inspection report, prospectus, policies, certificates and references are all available on request.
